Linda Lyons lives along the lines of duality.
As an outgoing introvert, she has mastered the art of finding balance and beauty within opposition. Equal parts empathetic expert and straight shooter, Linda acts as both a compassionate confidant and a guiding voice of reason for clients and friends alike.
After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Linda worked with upscale brands such as Escada and Kate Spade New York. During her brief flirtation with Manhattan, she was inspired by fashion, architecture, food, and art, fine-tuning her eye for sleek simplicity. She brought this passion for intentional design back to the Lone Star State, creating chic events for her clients.
With over a decade of experience and nominated for Best Wedding Planner by the Professional Wedding Guild, Linda is recognized as an industry leader. Her work has been seen in publications like Carats and Cake, Style Me Pretty, Martha Stewart, and more.
Linda loves a challenge, whether it comes from a particularly niche design or a hectic home. When she’s not curating chic celebrations or re-watching her favorite episode of Scandal, Linda can be found wrangling wild men: one very active toddler and an equally enthusiastic husband.

ASSOCIATE PLANNER | ORCHESTRATOR OF ORGANIZATION
As the oldest of four siblings, Brittan Benedict has been called “bossy” her whole life. She likes to think that translates to “excellent management skills.”
After earning a degree in Theatre Production with an emphasis in Stage Management, Brittan gained valuable experience with the Fort Worth Opera and other local theatres. Now, Brittan brings her passion for organization and talent for staying calm under pressure to the wedding planning industry. Lyons Events is lucky to have her!
Proficient in “Linda Lingo,” Brittan oversees the behind-the-scenes details of the company. From vendor communication to day-of coordination, she does it all with a proactive and energetic attitude.
Brittan believes that the things unseen are often the most important. She approaches even the smallest task with thoughtful care and attention to ensure each couple’s vision comes to life.
