AVAILABILITY
I keep my email communication open from 9AM-5PM during the weekdays. I reserve my weekends for events and family time, but may make exceptions for client or vendor meetings if my schedule allows. I do take Mondays off after event weekends, but I have an auto office responder that reminds clients of this.
COMMUNICATION
I try to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receiving. Email is the preferred communication method, but I am also easy to reach via text and phone. If sending decision making items via text or DMs, I ask that you also follow up and email the same content so that I am able to find this information more easily at a later date.
